Policies

In each of the purchases made by the client in the virtual store Andina Real, are implementing the following conditions, that constitute a legal contract for all purposes:

  1. The orders will be send to the specified address the next working day after received the customer's order.
     
  2. The maximum weight of each shipment is 20 kg. The virtual store sistem will not allow orders heavier than the established weight.
     
  3. Todos All the services, even national and internationl, will be send by Serpost from Peru in the method EMS Interational Urgent or Traditional Packing or DHL, being choose by the client. The virtual store sistem calculates on-line and live the exact cost of the shipping according to the weight and the destination country.
     
  4. The client can make a on-line tracking of the package through the restricted area for access to Andina Real customers. The data base is updated each 24 hours from monday to friday.
     
  5. All the orders have the Customs declaration and all the documents of the sent product. However it's possible that in some countries is required addtitional documents of the client or it's required to pay customs taxes or others taxes from the destination country. On this cases, the client is responsible for paying any documentation and/or payment that must be done to customs from the destination country. Andina Real declines any responsability about this circunstances.
     
  6. If the order were rejected or ignored by the client, the courrier will contact the client to arrange another delivery, keeping about 3 days in the destination country, then begins the process to return the package to our store. If the client requires the delivery of the package, the client must pay the shipping cost, being specially known that there is no refund of the money paid or resends in such cases.
     
  7. The clients are responsible to inquire about prohibited products and restrictions on their countries. No returns or refunds are allowed in amounts corresponding to the return by customs of the products shipped due to prohibitions in the country of destination.
     
  8.  If the product arrives in bad conditions to the client or the product does not match with the one you paid for, Andina Real will take the responsability for all the costs incurred in the return and re-delivery of the right order.
     
  9. The client is able to exchange the products received for others of the same or higher value to those set out in our virtual store, only if the product has not been opened and it is in the same condition it was send. All the costs incurred for the exchange will be pay by the client, adding a fixed amount of $ 25 in respect of operating expenses of our company.
     
  10. The application forn for exchange products must be send within 48 hours of receipt of the products by the customer.
     
  11.  For your security, open the package in front of the mailman and write down in the guide all the deficiencies you found.
     
  12. Also, Andina Real, expressly submits to the mediation of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and/or Indecopi of Lima (Peru) being the verdict of these agencies final and without appeal. If the judgment way is choose, without going to the agencies described above to settle the dispute, both parts will submit to the courts located in the city of Lima (Peru).
